Very cool video, easy to follow with step by step explaination. I'm new to programmin and i have a doubt. In the HttpPut method we use the UpdateEmployeeDto to update the information of an entity that is already in our database (so we know for sure this entity has the "Required" fields). Now let's say we don't want to update All the information but only one or two. I think it makes sense for the UpdateEmployeeDto to NOT have "Required" fields so we can choose what to update. When we recieve the Dto we can check if the properties are null or not. If they're null we can leave the ones that are already used by the entity in the DB, if they're not null we can change them with the new information we get from the Dto. It makes sense for me in theory but i don't know what the best practices are so i'm asking for advice.
